WELCOME TO DYNAMIC YOGA
offering a strong, vinyassa flow of asanas, beginning the class with pranayama and finishing with a led savasana. Precision in postures is emphasized, and maximum, continuous effort is encouraged by Christina Sharman, who has been practicing and studying yoga since 1978.
Devoted to study and exploring all facets of yoga, Christina's classes have a balance of sun salutes and standing poses, moving toward deep, long stretches and inversions to quieten and prepare for final relaxation.
Christina explains the postures and attends to students individually to advise and adjust, with options given for all abilities, using props as necessary.
Everyone is welcome and all equipment is supplied in the Lismore Yoga Room.
